We also automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited.

2. Mower Telemetry Data

Our robotic mowers collect operational data during normal use, including:

  • GPS location and movement patterns within your property
  • Battery level, charging cycles, and power consumption
  • Mowing schedules, completion status, and area coverage
  • Obstacle detection events and terrain mapping data
  • Connectivity status and signal strength
  • Error codes and diagnostic information

This data is used exclusively to monitor equipment health, optimize mowing performance, provide proactive maintenance, and improve our service. We do not sell mower telemetry data to third parties.

  • Segway/Navimow: for mower fleet management and telemetry

Mower telemetry data is retained for 24 months after Equipment is removed from your property. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

  • Service providers who perform services on our behalf (payment processing, data hosting, equipment manufacturers for warranty and fleet management)
  • As required by law or to protect our rights

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting the updated policy on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
